FKP Scorpio Entertainment (FKPE) was a winner at this year’s The Arthurs Awards at ILMC, the international live music industry’s most prestigious awards ceremony held on Thursday 26 February 2026.
FKPE, the London-based exhibition and family entertainment promoter, claimed the accolades in the Family & Touring Entertainment Award category for Best Show for Formula 1®: The Exhibition, and then with original founder and CEO, Folkert Koopmans claiming the ‘Bottle Award’ lifetime achievement award recognising exceptional dedication and outstanding contribution to international live entertainment.
After a record-breaking run at Immerse LDN, ending in March 2025, where Formula 1®: The Exhibition welcomed over 340,000 visitors, FKPE is now promoting the exhibition in Oberhausen, Germany, and has already surpassed 120,000 tickets sold in four months, further cementing its status as a globally celebrated, visitor favourite, experience.
The Arthurs awards ceremony, held at the five-star Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, brought together more than 550 live entertainment professionals to celebrate excellence across the global live sector.
Nominations for The Arthurs are determined through a combination of member voting and expert jury. Since 2014, around 500 of the world’s leading live music and events professionals have attended the ceremony annually.
Headquartered in London, FKPE’s international operations are led by James Cassidy and Barry Campbell, who launched FKP Scorpio Entertainment UK in 2018. The company has produced acclaimed orchestral concerts including BBC Studios Blue Planet II Live in Concert and Planet Earth III Live in Concert, and major exhibitions such as Jurassic World: The Exhibition, Disney100: The Exhibition, Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue, Tutankhamun: The Immersive Experience, The Legend of the Titanic Exhibition and The Last Days of Pompeii.
This spring, FKPE will launch two new experiences in London, Vikings: The Immersive Experience at Dock X, Canada Water on March 12th 2026, and Cleopatra: The Experience at Immerse LDN, Excel Waterfront on March 26th, whilst The Legend of The Titanic Exhibition will open in Paris on March 31st, continuing FKPE’s global expansion in live entertainment.
The shortlist for the prestigious Ticketing Business Awards has also been announced, and FKPE is delighted to be named as a finalist across two categories. In the Campaign of the Year category, which recognises the most effective ticket sales and marketing campaign with a particular emphasis on the innovative use of technology and digital channels, our delivery of Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue has been recognised, in partnership with Fever.
We are also proud to share that our Head of Ticketing, Nathan Birch, has been shortlisted in the Movers and Shakers category, celebrating outstanding rising stars and their contributions to tours and productions. Nathan is a dedicated team leader who delivers a first-class service and is consistently recognised by partners, customers and clients alike.
A huge congratulations to all of the winners and nominees!
