If you buy a ticket or win tickets in a competition, we may send you essential information emails about the event (e.g. travel, access, safety requirements).

4. Marketing & newsletters
With your consent, we may send you newsletters and marketing communications about events. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Competitions & contact forms
When you enter competitions or contact us via online forms, we process the data you provide.
5.1 Contact Form:
When you contact us via our website form, we collect the information you choose to provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message). We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and manage our correspondence with you.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
The legal basis for processing this information is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and providing you with the information you’ve requested. - Retention: We keep enquiry information only as long as necessary to respond and manage our correspondence. - Why we use your data: We use this information to run the competition, contact winners, and deliver prizes (our legal basis: contract).
- Marketing: We’ll only send you marketing if you’ve ticked the opt-in box. Saying no won’t affect your entry.
- Winner details: We may need to share basic winner information (e.g. surname and county) to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
- How long we keep it: We’ll keep your data only as long as needed to administer the competition and meet our legal obligations.

If an event is cancelled or you request a refund, we use your personal data to process this.

7. Festivals & events
We may use CCTV and video surveillance at festivals to ensure safety, protect property, and prevent crime. Recordings are kept for a maximum of 72 hours unless required for legal claims or criminal investigations.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
Part C – Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above, or to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- Typical retention is up to 3 years after your last transaction (statutory limitation).
- Certain financial records may be kept for up to 6 years in line with UK tax law.
